Rain then turned the festival site into a sea of mud, but somehow the audience bonded-possibly because large amounts of marijuana and psychedelics were consumed-and the festival went on.A delay in securing permits, which Lang has attributed to financial partner Dentsu Aegis and production company Superfly, is one reason why Woodstock 50 seems to be running behind.
